Do I need to set up an account?

You do not need an account to shop at Caybs. However, you will be able to enjoy a host of additional benefits if you register with us, such as:

  • Reviewing your past purchases.
  • Adding products to your Wish List and emailing items to friends for their reference.
  • Previewing new collections and receiving emails about our latest news.
  • Saving your address for a faster shopping experience when you visit us next time.
  • Creating a delivery address book to make gifting easier.

I haven’t received a shipment confirmation email. What should I do?

An automated email is sent to you to the registered email address when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your spam folder.

To ensure that our emails reach you, add the domain www.caybs.com to your safe senders list.

How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy completely free shipping on all orders within the UAE. For orders in other countries, please reach out to us at hello@caybs.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We happily accept all major Debit and Credit Cards such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. For our valued customers in the UAE, we also offer the option of Cash on Delivery. Please note that Cash on Delivery may have an additional AED 10 surcharge for orders within the UAE.

Is it possible to change the address or amend my order?

As we handle a large number of orders, we've implemented an automated invoicing system. If you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us right after placing it. If your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse yet, we'll do our best to assist you with any modifications.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

At Caybs, we aim to provide you with products of the highest quality, exactly as they should be. However, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise, and you may need to return an item due to a fault or damage.

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you may qualify for a complimentary return. Kindly reach out to us at hello@caybs.com with your order information and include photos of the damage. We're here to assist you.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund within 14 days of purchase, Please contact us at hello@caybs.com , our team will arrange a return courier and there will be a return courier charge of AED 25 you need to pay.

In case if you are returning a damaged or faulty item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item


All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging for a refund to be processed. If items are not received in their original packaging, but are unused, your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Where are Caybs products manufactured?

All our products are designed and manufactured within UAE only.

Can I collect my order from a physical location?

Regrettably, not at the moment. However, we are actively striving to make this option available for our valued customers in the UAE in the near future.

Is it safe to pay for my order online?

Rest assured, we prioritize the security of your personal information on our website. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption. When it comes to online payments, our partners, who are PCI DSS certified, handle the process. Any potentially sensitive data like your name, address, and card details are encrypted, allowing them to be viewed only on their secure server.

This information undergoes authentication to guarantee it reaches the secure server intact, without any alterations during transmission.

Additionally, we conduct thorough security checks on all transactions to verify the legitimacy of each card payment.

How long it will take to deliver my order?

We deliver the next day for all orders placed before 3pm during working days in UAE.

All orders are processed within one working day from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

Orders that will be placed after 3 pm, consequently in this case, orders will be accepted next business day. Shipment time could be delayed beyond the provided time if the provided address is not correct and complete. 

The address is incorrect in the tracking number. How can I adjust it?

Kindly send your order number and correct address to customercare@bateel.com. Please note that if the correct address is not provided within 4 hours of placing the order, Caybs is not responsible for failed deliveries.

How soon should I request for a exchange?

To initiate an exchange, please submit your request within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once our team approves the request, we will dispatch the new item to the same address. If a exchange isn't feasible, we'll proceed with a refund. Please refund policy for more information. 

For processing an exchange order, a return courier charge of AED 25 applies. We'll provide a payment link for your convenience.

When will I receive my refund?

Our refund approval process takes 1-2 working days upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the item is determined to be defective or damaged, we will proceed with the refund. If you made the payment through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the refunded amount will be credited back to your card. Please allow up to 15 days for the refunded amount to appear on your card statement, as processing times may vary based on your individual bank's procedures.

Can I add a message to my gift?

You have the option to include a custom gift message with your purchase. Simply go to the cart page and find the section labeled "Order Special Instructions" to add your personal message.
